Never going back here. Asked for a recommendation on a product, raved about one that has the worst rating on every hair website !I should have googled the product before paying for it and leaving the shop.

I'd give zero stars if I could.Today I brought a $340 straightener and tried to take it back the same day due to no longer needing the purchase and was told they cannot refund.Absolutely poor customer service and will never be shopping here again.

Dropped in for a cut and the lovely Linzi gave me the most amazing do! Very reasonable, no fuss and super professional. Love your work!!

Had my hair cut / trimmed today. She hacked at my hair took over 6 inches off when it only needed 2. she hacked all my style and balayage colour! she asked if I wanted to keep my layers so I said yes, now my hair looks like a 2 year old has taken to it! Charged my $60 (when the sign says 39.99 for it and absolutely devastated!! NEVER GO HERE!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I booked an appointment on Sunday for blow dry (waves). I did not get a good response from the start of the service. As she was doing my hair wash she started hitting my head with the basin and wasn’t polite enough. She doesn’t even know what blow dry waves are, she used a very big brush for the waves and when I told her that this wasn’t the brush that she was using as the waves weren’t good at all. And she was just ruining my hair, then she said I did not do anything, ITS YOUR HAIR… I told her that I do my hair every single time and She wouldn’t agree that she was at fault and still did not even change her behaviour for a while. It wasn’t even smooth at all I’ve never met someone that rude and inexperienced in my life. If you really want to spend money, go somewhere else where you spend it and you’ll be happy. Because if you go here, you’ll come out unsatisfied.
