Unfortunately Mandy Peck has proven she lacks compassion and professionalism towards potential tenants. Imagine tenants asking for feedback on rejected applications as they are desperate for homes for their children and to avoid boneless violence and Mandy Peck deems them not worthy enough of even a perfunctory response, let alone any empathy. It is difficult to fathom, but with plenty more fish in the tenant sea Mandy really doesn't bat an eyelid.
