Great Shop lots of Stock with a range of fish and birds instore

Bought a bag of meals for mutts dry food from them, when I got home I opened the bag and it had moths in ittook it back and they replaced it happily no questions askedFriendly bunch and I would recommend you go there for any pet needs :)

I had been a regular customer at this store until recently. Went in to purchase snails for my beta tanks. Laura had no knowledge of snails being able to go into a beta tank (which is understandable) 4 snails were DEAD at the bottom of the tank she pulled out 4 others & stated she wasn't sure if they were alive or not but thought so after probing them with her finger nail so I took her word for it.After a day & night in my beta tanks it was clear they were dead. I returned back to the store with them the following day to get a refund. The lady at the counter was quite rude & INSISTANT I wait in the aquarium area (for what reason I have no idea) she said that there were no refunds to go & read the sign. The sign read no refunds on FISH, clearly a snail is NOT a fish & secondly Laura did NOT mention anything about not being able to get a refund, after returning them she simply placed the dead snails back into the tanks for the next customer to buy. My boyfriend was not happy seeing her do this & insisted we take the dead snails back so that the next customer wouldn't be ripped off & taken advantage of. Quite a few dead fish in their tanks after closely looking don't waste your time here. There is no parking & the staff are rather rude. Laura rather than state you think" they are alive you should of advised against buying them & disclosed there was no refund.No afterpay available if you prefer to shop with it obviously untrained staff. The store is cluttered & not all items are priced so you will be charged whatever they tell you. As for the other staff member she could not of cared less & was talking to another paying customer making light about my situation & said she didn't care if we came back or not. It was a $13.50 purchase

I've had a really positive visit today, they have a great variety of products for dogs, cats, small animals and fish! They also stock some rarer products that other pet stores don't stock. Next door is a DIY dog wash and a pet laundromat. Small on site 5 car Carpark for your convenience.Staff are really friendly and answered all questions I had about products. Will definitely be back!

A good range, they had most of what we visited for. Unfortunately they didn't have knowledge of other pet shops in the region so it's back to Google maps for ideas. Would prefer a bit better stocked - and more knowledgeable about their industry.

If I could give a -10 I would the service from this place is absolutely terrible not only did their product KILL my pet they didn’t even recall the product!!I was contacting them by phone in person and email for 2 weeks!! And nothing!!There was no compassion not even an apology for the situation, when I went to take the product back to at-least get my money back they didn’t even want to do that!The lady Said she would get the boss to call me and he never did, so weather she cared enough to pass the message or the store is just extremely slack!I will never step foot in this place and I think no one ever should just for the safety of their pets!Absolutely mortified.
