LOVE LOVE LOVE shopping with Tragic Beautiful, number 1 go to for Alt/ Gothic clothing and accessories. The customer service is the absolute best ,I have only had a couple of slip ups and they’ve responded super quickly. The extra treats they add into each shipment is also a major bonus and makes you feel so appreciated as a customer and part of their community ❤️

I have made several purchases from the lovely staff at Tragic Beautiful, my most recent purchase was a birthday present for my niece. Never have I ever not liked something from Tragic Beautiful including the mystery boxes they go above and beyond to find or create the best of the best products. A great Australian business and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been buying from Tragic Beautiful since 2008 and it has been nothing but the most positive experience. The range of items is incredible and so hard to choose from, and the prices are unbeatable. Mel and her team really go above and beyond with customer engagement and really make you feel like part of a community not just another customer. Their promotions and campaigns are always fun and exciting and the extra gifts and mystery boxes are always worth the wait. I will forever shop at TB!

I have never been disappointed in what I have purchased from tragic beautiful. I have been following this TB from when I was in high school. (I did a report on this brand for one of my subjects).Ever since then I have loved everything they bring to the shop.If you ever get the chance 100% recommend the mystery box to get a taste of what the girls do behind the scenes to make everyone’s day better.The amazing staff are awesome to deal with if I have any questions or problems.

Amazing! Staff are incredible, all items are beautiful! Great customer service, I've been here quite a few times, sometimes I've had issues with items, the staff help me out straight away, they are absolutely amazing, great management! I definitely recommend to everyone, :) would love to see a walk in store one day, but will still buy online as I love it
