Nat was great to work with as we slowly refurbish our house in the hills.It's super convenient to have her come around with a comprehensive range of sample styles and costs.I like to make sure I've seen all the options, and with Taits, I didn't need to go anywhere else.Nat's consultative and friendly and her installation guy was on time, professional and took pride in his work (measured installation to the mm)Just a blood good experience all round.

The service I received from Taits Interiors was nothing short of outstanding. After contacting several other businesses, I contacted Natalie with a request for curtains before Christmas. Natalie visited me and provided expert and thoughtful advice. The material needed to be shipped from the UK and this was delayed, but Natalie and her team worked so hard and I had beautiful curtains installed in my spare room for the arrival of family from Germany for Christmas. They are the subject of positive comments from everyone who has seen them. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for curtains and blinds and indeed Taits Interiors will making the huge blind in the sitting room of my Victorian home. Thank you Natalie and Taits Interiors. Tait's ineriors and the very capable Natalie are our go to for soft furnishings for our home. We first used Tait's eight year ago for blinds for our then new home. Over the years Natalie has been back to add blinds in other rooms and most recently to make some gorgeous bench seat cushions. We have also used her for blinds for a city apartment. Natalie has the most divine selection of fabrics and amazing attention to detail. We have been delighted every time. Highly recommended.

Natalie came to our home and spent at least two to three hours to show us samples and give advise. We never felt rushed and she listened to our requirements and made recommendations. Above all, Natalie was honest in relation to availability of fabrics and installation times. We are very happy with the quality and colours of our new curtains and blinds throughout our home. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently. We have no hesitation recommending Taits Interiors.

So happy with the assistance from Natalie with the choice of material for blinds. Love the way they look in new apartment and they do the job keeping the direct sun off the room in the middle of summer, but still allowing my view from the terrace. The double blind for the bedroom was a good decision also.

Omgoodness I can’t praise Natalie enough, finding her was an absolute meant to be! I was expecting a representative from another company to arrive ‘sometime’ in the morning, when she didn’t turn up I rang asking what time she would arrive, only to be told she was sick and someone else would be there before 4.30 p.m. My husband works from home and had put off calls until the afternoon, so I asked if I could pick up the patterned samples and I would return them fairly quickly, was told there would be $20 deposit for each sample, there were 5. I had already placed an order for plain curtains for the lounge so was very disappointed with the way I was being dealt with. I searched for another and saw that Taits Interiors was fairly local so popped up to Kalorama, and what a wonderful welcome I received from Natalie, I told her what I was looking for and lots of samples were placed in front of me, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I asked how much deposit for the sample and she was surprised saying “nothing just take as many as you want and for as long as you want”. An appointment was made for the following Tuesday at 12.00 noon that suited us perfectly, and Natalie arrived at 12.00 noon. Oh what a lovely lady, she took the time to chat with me and hubby, an order was placed for a Roman blind and a full curtain, and I wish I had gone to her sooner, the issues with the other company are ongoing. Today the blind and curtain were installed and they look amazing, we are absolutely over the moon with the awesome customer service, it’s been hassle free, and Patrick was efficient and very friendly. Natalie has also made an appointment to come and see how they look. As I mentioned earlier we cannot praise Natalie enough, and of course her amazing team. Thank you, thank you, thank you xx
