I have recently bought a Ferris zero turn ride on mower from here. Have had for about 3 weeks now and love it. The staff and sales people were very helpful in teaching about how to care for and use with demonstrations at the store. Would very much recommend this place. Oh and I thought I would be a responsible Ferris owner and register" it appropriately..."

Took my chainsaw in for a check up. . . .chain was a bit loose. . . I was worried about tightening it myself. The gentleman there couldn't help enough.He tightened the chain in 2mins. . . Put me onto the correct 2stroke mix. . . Ran the saw and took me through some maintenance stuff. I bought a new petrol tin and some awesome tree shears. . . . Excellent service. Wish I'd gone in sooner. They really know their products. Highly recommend anyone who wants excellent service from awesome staff to go to this store!!!

Recently purchased equipment from Stihl Hermit Park , and the staff, especially James, made the purchase and advise he gave was excellent. His after sales follow-up was to make sure we understood how to use the equipment, and take care of it,re after use and maintenance of the equipment. Would recommend Stihl Hermit Park and it's staff to everybody wishing to purchase outdoor equipment.

Best guys- there's nothing they won't help with. We purchased a Walker ride-on mower from them and the ongoing support and advice over a year on has been great, they're a family run business with a great reputation where we are.

Spoke to these guys on the phone yesterday as I live a distance away. Found James very helpful as a result I rocked in the next day to look at their mower range. Couldn't make up my mind so I left to think about it. Came back an hour later bought new mower. They topped it up made sure it ran first go and then loaded in the vehicle for me. If the mowers as good as the service provided I'll be one happy customer.

As owner operator of Rodz Automotive Detailing Dave came to my rescue with his outstanding customer service and help which allowed me to get back to my work with minimal disruption. Also a great advantage of dealing with your local Stihl shops is that servicing of their equipment is done in their local workshops with easy communication instead of being sent away.Thank you very much Dave for helping me out

Walked in followed by another man. The man was served and taken to the back of the shop to another man in the office. The salesman walked pass me 3 times and made no contact with me. He walked to the back of the shop and had a drink. I then asked to be served and knew exactly what I was looking for.The other customer made a comment to me about the service on his way out.To be ignored is not a good feeling. I will not be back.
