My request for a quote was responded with promptly and was fair & reasonable and I was even offered a discount due to the set up of the work which was required - this was a pleasing bonus and not offered by other competitors ! ATII performed the work as per our agreed schedule with the highest professionalism and experience and submitted a beautifully produced Thermal Report to all of the required Australian Standards in a timely manner.Due to their expertise and proficiency, I contacted ATII for another electrical query. ATII advised what I needed to do, and instead of leaving it at that, went above and beyond and followed me up providing me with my requirements. Great customer service.6 stars our of 5.
