Absolutely phenomenal and cheap hot cakes. Personally, the Oreo hotcake is my favourite but I have to give a shout out to the cheese and corn flavour. The hotcakes are always fresh and warm, you see them made right in front of you. My partner and I will make any excuse to go to Sunnybank just to go here.

How do they manage to sell these for such low prices? I hope it's not by underpaying their staff but the warm pastries are massive bang for your buck.They're much bigger and filling than macarons while being just as cheap, if not cheaper, than a chocolate bar.Be warned EFTPOS users must spend up to $5 in order process a transaction.

Recommend the Danish or the custard filled Hot cake. Made while you watch. Huge variety of flavours. Super cheap. Hot cakes are about $1.40 each buy 5 get 1 free. Very filling.

It was a nice pancakes. Love it.Received to try hot cake. Texture is softer and nicer than the other one. Every time I was there, I had to get some home.

The hot cakes and danish I tried (custard and also peanut) were superb and so cheap! What a find! The service was also fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The danish twist and food was nice. But I don’t know what is wrong with the lady at the cash register. I only asked a second question about the flavour and she starts to yell at me. Maybe the owner should have a chat with your employees on how to treat your customers.

The hot cake is great unfortunately the attitude of staff isnt, like expected from any Sunnybank establishment. You just need to get to their level of rudeness to gain their respect, thats just the name of the game. Will i ever come again and order their hot cakes? Yes, i definitely will when i am angry.

Friendly staff and hot cakes were nice, full of filling inside and crispy on the outside and the price is cheap. Package is a boring white paper bag. One their logo sticker on the bag would be better for presentation quality.
