Necessity Health

For the past 8 months I have had weekly visits to Necessity Health for osteopathy, exercise physiology, remedial massage and dry needling, and the results have been life changing.Everyone who works there are so friendly and knowledgeable in their respective fields, I highly recommend Necessity Health.

Best decision I have ever made was shuffling my poor broken down miserable self into this wonderful practice.I had multiple problems with my feet, ankles, lower legs, hands and shoulders... one was a frozen shoulder. I was in pain 24/7. A physio had told me that she could do nothing for me and my Gp had advised me to hire a wheelchair! I had started looking at disability aids.Adam assessed me and looked at the whole picture, not just a shoulder, or a hand or feet, he reassured me that I didn't have to stay this way and started treatment that very day.... so gentle, kind, understanding and reassuring.... as they all are.I quickly saw the marvellous podiatrist Andrew, who got my feet ( and me ) moving with exercise, the right shoes, orthotics and the brace I had a love hate relationship with.Adam, Tara and Emma ever so gently got to work on my legs and shoulders and then terrific Toby took over. After a while he suggested I see their exercise physiology team as well and even though I am not keen on gyms I saw lovely Rachel and now do a weekly exercise class with gorgeous Kim .... and I love it.This excellent team have changed my life, I am so thankful and cannot recommend them highly enough to all and sundry.I can walk, I can shop, I can cook, I can enjoy my aqua aerobics without pain now ( mostly), I can sleep, I don't have to worry about how I am going to manage a social or family event, I can look after my grandsons far better and with joy, I even enjoy the gym work, I am enjoying life again and have a smile on my dial.I love my appointments with Toby and Kim... not only are they good for me physically but mentally as well. There are lots of laughs.They are damn good but they can't do it all and I needed to do some work at home for myself but they guided me though this, setting my homework for me.All the team at Necessity health including admin are not only professional and experts in their fields but are terrific humans as well. They all care and it is evident in all they do.As Andrew and Adam both told me back at the beginning Movement is Medicine... never thought I'd say that eh, boys?

Adam at Necessity was wonderful with my 4m old baby & his work gave us instant results. After only a few sessions, my baby is much happier & at ease. It’s amazing what Adam can do! A friendly & highly professional service all in one. Thankyou!

Adam and his team are friendly and very professional. We recently visited Adam after my Son started experiencing knee pain that wasn’t resolving itself. Adam made Austin feel Comfortable and was able to build a plan to resolve the issues quickly. Austin was back to his best in no time after only a few visits. Highly recommend Adam and the team at Necessity health.

All the staff at Necessity are very friendly and passionate about what they do and explain everything as they are treating you. Adam and Andrew have been so patient especially as I’ve been a bit of a challenge too, they have so much knowledge but are not intimidating at all. They have made things much more comfortable to live with, I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else and would highly recommend them to anyone. The reception staff are also so lovely and super friendly.

My experience with Adam and his team has been extremely positive. They are very professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Adam is an amazing osteopath who has helped me maintain my physical health as I am getting older and needed support. The team at Necessity Health work well together and I would recommend their expertise to anyone who requires some help in maintaining their health.

Toby was really great and made me feel very comfortable. Walked in feeling completely twisted up through the neck and back. Walked out completed untwisted and completely agile and fully back to normal after 1 session. Front desk staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable in the waiting area. Not an expensive exercise whatso ever either. 10/10 recommend.

I look forward to each appointment. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and cares about individuals health. I have been so extremely happy with the results I've had with other members here as well. The team is amazing and always so kind and understanding. I appreciate the strong communication they have between one another to meet a client's needs. A good osteo is hard to find, let alone a good team in such a positive welcoming environment. I don't know what I would do without them.

I have accessed physiotherapy, osteopathy and Podiatry services here and have been so impressed with care and support. Tara, Adam and Alex helped me get mobile and pain-free with my neck and Andrew through thorough assessment has totally removed my pain with walking. I now have orthotics and wearing shoes appropriate to my feet. Since treatment I have walked over 100km pain-free in January and no pain post exercise. I’m back building my fitness and pain-free. I highly recommend Necessity Health.
