Very happy with Employease, trainers are very knowledgeable, so eager to share their knowledge in a way we can follow and absorb easily. Workplace training has been sourced locally and of the same standard! Support staff in the office couldn't have been more helpful. A very positive experience - and straight into a position. Well Done Team!!

Great company to study at. The staff are very helpful and they put the students first to complete their needs. I'm doing my cert III Personal support course and I LOVE IT. Work placement is provided which is a huge relief since sometimes it's a challenge to find a good work placement so it's good to know that the company places you in a safe and great environment to work and gather your experience in. The other things is that they make sure to keep you upto date with your assignments. Also they provide extra support if you have any trouble with the unit or assignments which is fabulous, especially if English is a second language.The other thing is the trainers are very good with a great experience. They share their experience which helps so much and ensure that everyone in the class understands the unit.Overall it's an amazing company that always puts its students first. I'm very happy that I'm doing my course with Employease.

WARNING. We placed a deposit for Cert 4 in Disability thru Employment Ease. My friends have decided to change their minds ( due to work committment) after 24hrs. We called the coordinator again Caitlyn. She said, she will help us " . Now it has been 5 weeks. Nothing transpired through her " dragging on her feet" approach and not reuturning my calls after a couple of times. Worse of all

Employ-ease has helped me learn the skills I needed for this role. Their staff are friendly, welcoming and inviting to anything you may need. I finish my course with them in less than a month and I couldn't be more happy and grateful!

I've completed my Cert III in Individual Support. I have thoroughly enjoyed my course. Employease has been a very professional training organisation. The trainers are well informed and the topics are well presented. Online assessing and submission is simple and straightforward. Placement hours were well organised. I'm glad I chose Employease as my training organisation.

I've almost completed the individual support course cert3. I've enjoyed learning new things and experiencing what it's like to be a PCA. All the staff and trainers have been really helpful in getting me through. Also it's good to see improvements to the course are being made all the time. There's 120 hours placement which has been really enjoyable. Staff are there working with you every step of the way until you're ready to go work on your own.

Myself and my sister have been studying cert iv in disability with employease and have found the staff very helpful and always there whenever you may need them. To be able to ask as many questions as you want and get a bettrr understanding of how to assist people with a disability and make their lives as enjoyable as possible. I have an older sister with a disability, and from employease I have learnt so many new things I can now do with my sister that I didnt know was possible. Thankyou to employease for I am gaining experience and knowledge to start my new career as a disability support worker and I couldnt be more prepared or excited!!!!! :)I recommend anyone wanting to know more about people with a disability or wanting a career as a support worker to take this course at employease.
