I've read previous reviews. This is my review for Apartment 5Spacious. Bright. Pretty clean. Had back yard, BBQ, washing machine and almost facilities needed for short term or long term stay. (BYO coffee machine, though! Cos that'sabout all that was missing! )Few cosmetic issues which should easily be fixed shortly. Management was helpful when I arrived after hours. Plenty big enough for a family. Only drawback was being able to hear through the walls of the adjoining apartment and footsteps of running upstairs. Neither of which were a major issue for most of the time.

Disappointed we were put in the homes across the road from Dolphin Lodge - turned into a place that was difficult to park with a car our size (BT50) - Was a 2 storey place which at our age made life difficult - but on the plus side- it was clean and reasonably comfortable but was glad we brought a mattress topper for the bed.

Really great location literally just around the corner from some great eateries. Apartments are quite compact, and furniture is limited. Beds are very comfortable. There is a pay for use washer and dryer upstairs.I think the standard of cleanliness of the kitchen utensils needs to be raised to a satisfactory level.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDGreat location. Very well equipped. TVs with screen cast/mirroring. Modern. Super clean. Safe & secure. Free off road parking. Laundry washing machines & tumble dryers (tip, when using washing machine, if tumble dryer stacked on top of washing machine, open tumble dryer door BEFORE inserting money and leave open. The default is dryer operates before washing machine)

Stayed for two weeks with work. Great location and clean apartment. Housekeeping is only once a week which was disappointing

Clean and spacious apartment. The room is quiet and comfortable. The car space is a bit small and can't park at the front of the apartment. Need to carry stuff to the room.It is a nice place, I will stay again if I can.

Went to Albany for a short relaxing break, could not have found a better place to stay, close to Middleton Beach, great fish and chips and restaurant only 60m away, apartment was perfect for our needs, will definitely recommend.Clean and modern with all the facilities.

Very nice apartment for long visits, conveniently located and with all the necessities for a long stay. There is everything you need inside the apartment and they even have shared facilities like gym area, washing, billiards, etc. We were only here for 1 night because no other options for our stay. We arrived later than planned and I was able to communicate to the hotel via the booking app that our arrival would be late. They were able to provide us the info needed to get into our unit no problem. The unit was pretty clean but did have some areas that looked to be dirty due to no use. All the bedding was comfortable but there is only one AC unit that is for the whole apartment. Do note the cleaning requirements before checking out. Overall nice place just more expensive than we wanted since we didn’t need all the apt amenities. This is also walking distance to the beach & walking sightseeing trails.

Satisfying proximity to the Beach. It's noice to be able to park off of a main road and enjoy an area which is not very busy. The street next to the place going down to the beach is busy, but I mean the side street were we were facing, which isn't. Go into town to get prepared food if you want to save dollars, as the places around the lodge cost a mint.
