I have never been made to feel so deeply ashamed as a parent than I was made to feel by the management and reception staff at this facility. Having a child with severe separation anxiety is difficult enough to try and transition into care, without being made to feel like a complete burden and inconvenience. Being abruptly told I do not have the staff to worry about your child." How a person with such little empathy

I currently have two boys in care at BK’s.Management there have done a phenomenal job at hand picking their staff.The girls there are absolutely amazing.I have 1 son currently in the baby room there. I really love all the girls in his room! You can 100% tell they are working there for there genuine love of children! It really warms my heart knowing my bubba is a loving, warming and positive environment.My other son is in an older room. The girls are also absolutely lovely! They are very accommodating to his extreme obsession with balloons, and will always have them on hand to put a smile on his face. He has learnt so much since going there and his social skills have improved tremendously. He loves his teachers, and it’s nice knowing we can leave him there knowing he is in great care and a living environment.My eldest daughter attended since BK’s has opened - she’s now in school but prior to school she made such special bonds with all her teachers there and that is a reflection of the teachers there. They love being around the kids and create a fun and vibrant atmosphere for them.If ever you do have a problem with the service provided, the owners are very quick to get back to you about your issue and respond in a kind manner and make sure you feel at ease.I highly recommend this childcare centre.

I recently started employment with Bk's, coming from 6 years experience in Outside School Hours Care, I find this family operated company brings elements of respect, courtesy and care towards their employees and clients. It is a special environment to work in, as there is a high energy, coupled with a peaceful and nurturing atmosphere, including lots of colour, and the environment is always clean. I find the management team is well grounded and highly experienced, they are calm and thoughtful and considerate, they acknowledge individuals uniqueness and everyone is valued and feels important who walks through their doors, they are acknowledged. I think this service is worth a look, if you are thinking about a stable space for your child/ren.

My 4 year old attends the service 5 days a week for the last 2.5 years.The Educators are always welcoming to both myself and daughter.My daughter shares a strong bond with the Educators in her room and is always looking forward to attending to see them and her peers.

Di & Sean have done a wonderful job setting up the (new) BK’s centre. Our kids genuinely love coming to “Kindy” each day. BK’s has a caring, stimulating environment for the Kids. The centre itself is very aesthetically pleasing, clean & modern. The staff show a caring and nurturing relationship towards the kids. And as a whole, the centre allows children time to explore and learn new activities. We feel extremely satisfied that BK’s Early Learning Centre supports all aspects of our children’s development, including their social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs.

I cannot thank the team enough at Bk’s. With a few new changes of management, the team here are fantastic. My two children attend full time and have never been easy meeting new people however they have unconditional love for all staff here, I cannot thank you enough.They have learnt some amazing things recently such as recycling which we have implemented at home ensuring we protect the environment; correcting mum if I do something wrong.Then to good choice and wrong choices, identifying rights and wrongs which is fantastic. They understand these words better then yes and no.Thank you for everything you do. You all have made such a great difference in my children’s lives and mine.

My daughter has been going here since she was one year old. She started off as part time, and now at 4yo she is full time between kinder and day care. Some staff have changed but most have stayed the same, they helped with her separation anxiety at the beginning, and were so understanding. When new staff have come through the center, she is excited to meet someone new, but loves the ones that she has known forever.She has learned so much from them all. They keep you informed on what is happening and what they're learning that day
