Rise Yoga

I have always felt safe in Jasmine's yoga classes and feel like I always have space to explore my own unique connection with yoga in her presence. Most recently I attended Jasmine's pre-natal classes for yoga and birth education. I felt empowered with tools and resources for my vision of a positive birth (I ended up having a natural, drug-free birth and I used some of the tools I learned in her birth education class). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jasmine, she really is a beautiful and caring soul and has so much knowledge & wisdom to offer in the world of yoga.
