Adelaide Hummers

Hire for a wedding. Come with dirty glass. there are lipstick on the glass. Cheap champagne. The sound system is not working. Surely not gonna hire again. We are not please with the service provided.

I hired a hummer for my 40th birthday. To begin with I was promised a pink 14 seat hummer would be held for my booking only to call back a few days later to pay to be told my booking had been given to someone else. After many words spoken, I was then offered the 24 seater black hummer which I agreed to. On the day of my 40th I had 14 girls at my house super excited for our 1.5 hour coastal cruise. We met with the driver who said to us before we even got in. “This car is broken” and proceeded to tell us that the bucks show from the night before had absolutely booted the interior of the car to the point where the lights and sound system didn’t work. The air conditioning also did not work. The plastic champagne glasses were filthy with fingerprint marks and lipstick marks. We got 50 metres from my house when the driver pulled over to make some phone calls regarding the state of the vehicle and all of us very upset and couldn’t breath as there was no air flow in the back. We had to walk home and were told another vehicle would come in 45 minutes, which did not happen. Multiple phone calls were made and we were told no other vehicles were available until 11:30pm at night. Our booking was for 4pm and came at a very high price for an hour and a half cruise which we couldn’t take due to the state of the car. Not once was this communicated with me on the morning of the booking leaving us stranded and out of pocket and had to make an alternate last minute booking costing a further $600 with a stretch limousine company who saved the day 3 hours later. An absolute nightmare and ruined my birthday celebrations. If I could give zero stars I would. What a joke.

Hired Adelaide hummers for my best mates wedding and would recommend them over any other limousine service in Adelaide. They were on time and provided the best customer service in south Australia. Highly recommended for any function
