Go somewhere else. We waited over 45 minutes for our drinks after having multiple discussions with the female staff member on what was and wasn’t available. So we proceeded with what was available. Everyone around us was receiving their drinks after placing orders following ours. We then discussed it with the male manager/owner and requested a refund. He demanded we provide a receipt but were not offered one in the first place. We provided bank app evidence and he said he would transfer money the next day. Please, I didn’t come down in the last shower. I know the money would never be refunded. Eventually the drinks arrived, incorrect, but eventually corrected it. Massive kudos to the South American girl that was basically running the whole show as the male manager schmoozed with his favourite clientele ignoring all other patrons.Hot tip; on an event night when there are 85,000 people attending, might be a good idea to put an extra staff member on and stock the fridge.Won’t be returning.

Terrible service.Waited 45 minutes for a cocktail. Then received it in a plastic cup.This is how I received it. No sips taken! $17Apparently ran out of glasses!

The cactus was good. Mellow and amaretto-y. Margarita was good. Spent just shy of $40 for the two drinks.Have to order via QR code.

This place was absolutely trash, hands down worst Mexican food is ever had, no love put into the dish taste bland with simple and boring ingredients. Cocktails were okay but overpriced.

Went here for a pre event drink and was extremely disappointed. Firstly I went up to the counter to order a drink but was turned away and told to use the QR code to order. Explained to the staff member that I was unable to pay online due to only having an EFTPOS card and was basically told too bad. I then ordered a $18 cocktail that was very clearly pre made in bulk and watered down. Do yourself a favour and skip this bar on your next night out.

Well what can i say, after 16 years in the hospitality industry. I have never been so upset with the food. Though the staff members i spoke to were lovely. The till wasn't working well, and ordering systemWas taxing to use.The cocktails we’re unbalanced in taste & on the tray. We nearly wore our cocktails.The espresso martini was made fromCheap processed coffee, international roast.Bruschetta wasn't even toasted.The only saving grace was the jamDoughnut shot even though its wasnt cold!1/10 wouldntRecommend!

We visited this bar prior to a concert with positive vibes and excited for good food and cocktails. I would hardly call this place a cocktail bar… the picture of their cocktails on the website is completely misleading to what we were actually served and the food was cooked and served within 5 minutes of ordering. I don’t think I will be returning.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for drinks. Drinks were always “5 minutes away”. Food was bland, tasteless. 4 different groups of people got refunds as we waited for food and drinks. Understandable that places get busy and sometimes there might be a wait, but this was ridiculous. If you want food and drinks here, I recommend making a 6 hour booking so you can get your order.

Avoid this place. This was the worst food I have ever had and the service was so unbelievably slow. The nachos was just Doritos slapped with unmelted cheese and the tacos were on stale cut wraps and so flavourless. The drink I ordered I was told was not available after waiting and paying. Honestly don’t bother. Makes Taco Bell seem like it is fine dining. Don’t even get me started on the charcuterie board which had literally sliced cheese and corn chips and very little else aside from some sweaty cheap salami. Rip off. Does not even deserve one star.
