I've been using Ipswich Laundry Service for the last couple of years. The communication and service are brilliant. I could not be more satisfied with the job that they do. I'd describe the price as a premium but I know that I am getting absolute value for my money.

We having been using the service for close to a year for our busy hair and beauty salon, we love the pick up and drop off service! It saves us hauling large bags of laundry home and bringing it back a few days a week. Definitely happy and recommend Ipswich Laundry Service

2 times I've been here and both times I've had to pay extra to use another machine because the first one I picked wasn't working or as in this last time the dryer took my money and did absolutely nothing. It didn't even start.

Tried to use the machine at about 6pm last night. The machine took the money but would not start. I rang the number listed, was told to check it was plugged in (no visible electricity points) and then shouted at and hung up on. They then blocked my number so that I could not call back. Terrible service.*edit* It seems I can't reply to the owner for some reason, so I'll write it here. Yes, it was the one on Gledson Road. I called the number listed on the sign on the wall. My wife called also, and got a similar response to me, so it was 2 calls. Mine was around 6.30pm

Fantastic place with large dryers and seperate washer / dryer for pet beds & blankets. Staffed weekdays with awesome helpful crew, including Kayla who taught me an awesome trick to fold fitted sheets. The owner John responded quickly then went above and beyond the one time I had a problem with a machine

Best results I've ever had from laundry service. Easiest and excellent service my blankets and quilts have never been so fresh and clean. Made opening them for winter a pleasure. I highly recommend this business. Thanks Ipswich Laundry. I will definitely be back and using delivery service again too.

The only reason this received 2 stars is because they have paywave. The dryers don't dry... Even with half a load on high temp for the stock and only setting of 40 mins, 2 separate loads of mine weren't even close to dry. They were just wet and warm. And given that you only have one option for the dryer I just felt like it was more about revenue than providing a good service.
