Do not use this company. Brian is an absolute scumbag. Barely cleans the carpet and doesnt remove any stains even though we were charged for it. Refused to leave the property until we paid him and said he would charge us the longer he waited. Basically extorted us. I wish there was a way to give negative stars to this waste of oxygen.

Booked online to have a coffee stain removed. Called within minutes and said could be here in 30 minutes. Carpet was steam cleaned at 11am and still wet the next morning. Stain has not been removed at all! When emailed about what the next step was it was said that the carpet was spotless when he left (how could he tell? It was wet) and that not much more could be done and that he could come and have another look (no thanks). Very dissapointed. Also charged $100 for one small room in an apartment. No break down of cost on the invoice.Only just read the reviews afterwards, wishing I had read them before as I’m afraid they are true....

Bryan is SNEAKY AND DODGEY! We were overcharged due to our place being in an apartment. His gear was transported up with our help carrying them in an air conditioned lift. I called to get a quote twice, the second was to confirm and book in carpet cleaning service. Over the phone I had mentioned it was an apartment. After cleaning on the day we were slapped with the additional fees. What rubbish!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I booked for Duct cleaning fot heater n it took him just 15 minutes to clean 6 ducts. All he did was inserted the vacuum cleaner for 2 minutes in each duct and that was done!! I could still see the dust hanging from the ducts and he said that I need to take out the grills and open and wipe the ducts, it wasn't his job. He said he sanitised the duct but he sprayed some liquid just on 1 duct a little, not on all ducts. He took out a little yellow instrument to cgeck carbon monoxide and just ran around the house and said it was okay. When I asked how much was it he would just take you around the conversation and get defensive. Poor service!!! Please do not hire this service again.

Absolutely terrible!!! Terrible job and horrible customer service. I paid a high price for steam cleaning inc sanitizer and he only did half under the bed, couldn’t even move a very light coffee table in the lou he room And I had to ask him to move 2 couches to clean underneath them.When he left I checked upstairs and realised he hadn’t done under the bed, under the tv cabinet or dresser. When I asked him why, his response was I am not a furniture removalist.He said no other companies would move any furniture for steam cleaning, to which I responded, how can you charge per square meter if you don’t even do half a room??Absolute joke, I was so upset.If he had of told me upfront he didn’t move any furniture I would not have gone with him or I would have moved the furniture myself.I paid more to have sanitizer put in the solution to kill bacteria (this was probably a lie too) but how can this work if only half a room is done, what about when I move furniture around?Honestly, I never write reviews but please be aware of this company.He should have given me a refund or come back to finish the job properly.So disappointed.

Brian did a fantastic job of my mums carpets!! Very professional and punctual.

Had my carpets cleaned last week due to moving out, Brian came the next day and did an excellent job getting the stains out of the carpet! Would highly recommend.

Just awful. Rude, obnoxious. Put on a show, barely slipped a vacuum cleaner into the ducts and then showed a bag full of dust from someone else's house, with a dog hair in it. When I tried questioning him, told in a very aggressive manner that I should leave the room and not interfere". I had to pay for this show

Recently had my heating ducts cleaned, the company were very professional and courteous. Extremely happy with the job

Dodgie As! Do not use this so called duct and cleaning company. Overcharged us and it goes to show that you need to do your homework prior to callingany company from a website. I just went on the basis that the ad said it was a family owned business of 25 years- Gee was i wrong! Brian did not have the capability and skills and got really defensive when i asked him what he did. I asked him to show me how to take the return air filter out and he said he needed tools and that he wasn't going to show me to do his job!!! He came around to do a carbon monoxide test as he didn't do it the first time because we did not have batteries in the panel and when he did come out he took his little yellow monitor out and just went around the house and said CO was at 21 and there was nothing to worry about. Spent 5 minutes probably.
