Thanks so much Lloyd for your extremely quick, efficient and professional service to fix my broken air con in the middle of a heat wave. Lloyd was so friendly and also knew exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. He came over within the hour and within 1 day my aircon was working better than it ever had before - other companies I had called told me at least 2-4 weeks which was upsetting. My 2 young kids and I couldn’t thank him enough. Have recommended your company to many people already. I don’t normally leave google reviews but I couldn’t help it for this one!

Simply Cool installed our Panasonic ducted system last week, replacing an old evap system. What a fantastic service!! Damien & his team arrived on time, outlined exactly what they were going to do, discussed any potential issues & made us feel very comfortable. Having arrived home from work post installation, our home was spotless & you could not tell they had been here... besides the cool temperature of the house. The system they recommended is quiet & we could not be happier. Their quote was competitive, not the cheapest, but the workmanship & service confirmed we made the right decision. Bring on the heat!!!!

I chose Simply Cool because Lloyd who did the inspection and quote impressed me with his openness and honesty. How pleased I am that I did. Lloyd recently replaced our old split system with a new Daikin system. We are extremely happy with the new unit, and also very happy with the installation. Lloyd was very pleasant to deal with, he took his time, and was accomodating to my install requests. His workmanship was exceptionally neat, and he was pleasant to have on the property on the install date.
