We are located around 200kms out of Melbourne, our coffee machine stopped working around midday, Marco came out to us after he had already finished a very busy day. He was unreal, diagnosed the problem straight away and had the parts on hand to complete the repairs, by this stage it was well after 9pm, some people would be in a hurry to get home by this time but Marco was patient, took his time and did not seem in a hurry at all and was happy to explain what happened and why. Highly recommend!

after 2 not 1 attempt by 2 other service technicians, and a lot of money, neither pin pointed the problem, in fact they did more damage... I found Marco on google.... this guy is the BOMB... prompt and knowledgeable HIGLY RECOMMEND...and a really nice bloke... fixed my La Marzocco and now she is purring.... Thank you Marco looking forward to a long term relationship... my machine will not see anyone else... EVER....CIAO...

Marco has such a fantastic professional and ‘can do’ approach. He patiently fixed our old coffee machine and explained what he was doing, why it was necessary and helped me better understand the machine. He also sourced new coffee heads and grinder which he promptly delivered and installed and then took the time to tutor the staff on how to use it. His knowledge is invaluable and he is definitely the first port of call when a coffee machine emergency arises. His prices are very reasonable and considering his prompt responses to emergency calls, worth every cent. Thanks so much Marco.

He is always professional and efficient and i can't even begin to tell you how many times he's been able to get us out of a jam whether it was a quick call or he's dropped in he always has been great at what he does!!
