The quote I received was detailed and concise and they were happy to answer all of my questions.The team did a magnificent job on my renovation. TLC are an amazing group of people, from the front office to the tradesmen! I had a couple of emergencies and they accommodated very quickly and in an extremely professional, friendly and diligent manner, nothing was too hard or too little to fix and they cleaned up too! They “de-stressed” me completely. I could not recommend TLC highly enough.

We have been using Peter and his Perth TLC Group team for years for everything from small repair jobs like storm damage, replacing guttering or installing (massive!) in-ground basketball towers to the entire refurbishment of four double bedrooms. Super efficient and thorough.They coordinate their loyal team of contract tradesmen with complete transparency, and communication is honest and timely throughout the project. Love the close relationship Peter and Denby have with their own staff as well as the many contract workers they employ. That's always the best sign of a great company!

TLC did a slightly unusual job for me, hanging some acoustic panels in my music studio. They were very good, reliable and professional. Peter was very good at figuring out how to actually hang the panels, as the panels themselves came with no instructions!Thanks again TLC.

Pete and Denby Earl and the team at TLC recently completed an ensuite renovation for us in West Leederville. We have engaged TLC previously for maintenance jobs and felt very comfortable with them doing these works. Our totally new ensuite is exactly what we hoped for. We've recommended the services of TLC to a number of customers over the years and have always received very positive feedback. We've also worked alongside them on certain jobs and used them for renovation projects at home and have always found the work to be of a high quality, consistent with the quotes/estimates we've received and the communication to be excellent (in particular Denby who has always kept us fully informed). Will continue to use and recommend in the future.

Deflective, Deceptive and mis leading company represented by Brendan and their google review Director. After having waited two months for the old boys disabled ramp to be built, they failed to turn up or notify us on the first day anything, the. Second day they arrive with insufficient materials but as said to me incorrect (didn’t have trestles to paint the wood so I helped get two and position area), then leave saying they are getting the materials and they never cam back nor the next day. Now a month is meant to be waited so they can come back and finish the job! It is now alleged the excuse is re-quoting, whilst had heard several other excuses by TLC, well answer me this, how do you reschedule unless you know your quote is approved? We have had a side path ready to be filled with concrete upon completion of works, yet it cannot be completed until the ramp is done. You cannot be serious a company with such little integrity is servicing the aged care market. Looking forward to replying legally for the Defamatory experience, I have started the complaint process through the government about this experience.

We can’t speak highly enough of Peter, Denby, Nikita, Brendan, Rob, Jackson and the rest of the incredible Perth TLC team. Ours was not an easy job – with the removal of a chimney in a 100-year-old property for starters. Throughout the installation of our beautiful new ensuite, Peter and the team kept us informed, honoured their commitments and ultimately delivered a stunning addition to our home.
