My wife had her car repaired here. Bumper damage. Not only were they ahead of schedule (3 days instead of 5) but the quality of repair was superb! As if the car was never damaged. Well done team!

I used this company's services as they were one of the service providers affiliated with my insurance company. I've had mixed experiences in the past with insurance company-affiliated garages with their communication/quality of service/turnaround time.Care automotive far exceeded my expectations with all of the above, and their staff were very helpful and informative.

Took my car in this week and I couldn't be happier. What an amazing set up. Professional and fast. My car was fixed in 6 hours! Albeit it was a small dent but I was amazed at how fast and efficient the whole process was. From being greeted at the door and explained the process to pick up and having the car washed, I cannot fault this business model. I would highly recommend them if you need your car repaired. 10/10.

I used this repairer through our insurance. The quality of the repairs were very good, car looked like new. I like that they are tech savvy and use this for checking your car in and out, which made the process quick and simple.Unfortunately their communication on the repair lead time was very poor. Originally I was told 5 days, then it was 7, then 8 and it became 9. I had to do the chasing and make alternative arrangements multiple times to fit in with them.

The Staff were Very Friendly Indeed, impeccable Customer Service. I am concerned at the Speed of how Quick my Car was fixed BUT I will get it checked. Unfortunately Budget Direct are the Worst but Care Automotive so far have been great!

Had a minor dent and bumper fixed. The customer service during the drop off was somewhat dreadful and off-putting. But the initial impression was more than improved after I got the car back. The quality was amazing, the car looked better than new, and the customer service during the pick-up was great.

I was involved in a hit and run accident and there were dents and scratches left over from the occurrence, I took my car too CARe automotive and my god the customer service was amazing and the time it was fixed in was under 24 hours! My car looks amazing and brand new again and I couldn’t be happier, thanks so much too the team here, I would highly recommend too others who are looking too get there car fixed major or minor!!!Thanks guys!! <3

The CARe Automotive group were professional & curtious in the way they treated me and the works they did on my car. Dropping the car off to be repaired was slightly off putting as I passed many small businesses that looked seedy. I couldn't have been more surprised in seeing this very new establishment, professionally designed and built and a hive of activity. I was so taken back that I asked for a tour. On my return, the car was immaculate. I could not believe that I had such a wonderful experience from a panel beater.
