Kate introduced me to myotherapy a couple of years ago before moving to her current business. I have visited her through so many different aches and pains. I had treatments through both of my pregnancies and she made a world of difference to my wellbeing through these physically demanding times. I continue to see her for the muscle pain I experience as a mum of two little ones and now that I am back working out and playing sports she sees me even more!I can't recommend Kate highly enough.

Competing in Full & Half Ironman Distance Triathlon requires a lot of training but also a lot of body maintenance to prevent injury particularly in the 50 plus age groups. My regular Myotherapy sessions with Kate eradicate the tightness from my muscles and restore the movement and flexibility to my body. They allow me to continue my training with renewed confidence. I highly recommend Kate @ Core Foundations.

Kate is AMAZING and always goes the extra mile to ensure that I get the best treatment possible. I have really benefited from her focus on long-term strategies alongside treating immediate issues.I've been seeing Kate for over 2 years after suffering from aches, pains & stress related injuries and always leave a session feeling successful pain relief.
