Ordered online and i sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my food while maybe 20 people who ordered after me got there food before me. Would not recommend

Are you kidding me? Terrible service. Time is 2:30pm Friday 11th November 2022. Specifying that so management knows who the awful staff are. I stood waiting at the front of the line for 15 minutes before being served. No apology, no acknowledgement of their delay. Just terrible service. Particularly from the guy out front. Tubby guy with a small beard. Terrible service.

such poor management and order of working in this store i swear some of the workers lack BASIC commen sense. once i only ordered just ONE large fries took them 15 minutes to hand me the ONE large fries! 15 minutes?? to be positive i thought the fries must be fresh (although fries take about 3 minutes to cook) no it was still abit raw and barely any seasoning. if your packing and you see a customer simply ordered one fries use some commen sense and quickly make it. it was as thought they were ignoring my order. also the snack popcorn chicken size is absoluetly ridiculous in size and way to expensive for that size.

I don't know how, but this KFC consistently has minimal chicken prepared at the dinner rush.I have been here 3 times in a month on Thursday late night shopping, and all three times I have been told there isn't any chicken and I would have to wait.Last night was the final straw before making a bad review, I ordered a Zinger combo box and was told that it was a 10 minute wait on wicked wings, but I could swap my wicked wings for something like regular chicken or popcorn chicken to get my meal sooner.Cool, I'll do that.20 minutes later, I asked the lady where my meal was, because I'd accepted a substitute to not wait 10 minutes, she goes off, comes back and drops the food on the counter and simply says That's yours"So despite there now being wicked wings

First time using the KFC Mobile ordering app and definitely didn’t disappoint.While standing in the long queue at the Springfield KFC Foodcourt Store I was able to download and register the KFC ordering app. I was then able to lodge my food order and literally five minutes later despite being very busy during lunchtime peak time on the Saturday managed to get more order fairly quickly.No more queues, definitely will always order using my mobile app on my iPhone.Great job team!

Wait times were longer than usual with other customers claiming they had waited 45 minutes for a burger box, where I on the other hand had mine in 15 minutes got home and realised 2 burgers were missing, when I came back i was told “we’re out of zinger” but wouldn’t offer a replacement or a substitute, the manager finally came out and helped me with a substitute. I Won’t be coming back

While I don't think this KFC deserves the low 1/2 star reviews that it has, it is pretty disappointing compared to other franchises. That has been a definite dip in quality over the years but can still get some good food fairly fast if visiting at the right time.Unfortunately service is often slow. Chips/popcorn chicken usually not filled right to the top which is bad for the value expected from the high prices KFC has. Quality of service from staff seems hit and miss.Hopefully it can get better :)

this dam place had untrained teenager workers that made us wait for 2 hours just for food and other ppl that had ordered already waited 45 mins just for chicken and chips. we cancelled our order and went to Maccas instead so hah take that Maccas got our money and you didn't the poor woman waiting had to demand her food since she waited 45+ mins. get actually good workers.

Ordered 10x tenders and only got 8.5 in the box, plus they were the smallest tenders I have seen from kfc. Chips had no salt at all and we're awful, bacon on the burger was dry and overcooked and the chicken inside the burger was so small and dry. One of the worst kfc experiences from any store.
