Deb was a Brilliant seller who got us mattresses at unbeatable prices. We have had issues with mattress sellers in the past, but deb was a true breath of fresh air. I can't comment on the actual mattress as it hasn't arrived yet, or on the post-sale service, but I can comment on the in-store service I received. Sleepy's was the fourth store I'd visited that day, so I was feeling pretty jaded. From the get-go Deb made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel like I was being sold to - instead she provided enough information for me to feel informed, and plenty of options in a variety of price points.At no point did I feel pressured to choose any particular mattress. Deb's focus was on making sure that not only was the mattress right for me (in terms of spine alignment) but that it also FELT right to me. I wasn't rushed. I was able to try and try and try again. In the end, the combination of reasonable pricing and intelligent customer service made me happy enough to make a decision.I'm looking forward to the mattress arriving and hopeful that it will deliver a good night's sleep. Happy to recommend Sleepy's and Deb from the perspective of an uncertain purchaser looking to make a decision.
