Ray promised to be available for a booking on Friday from a Tuesday booking and never showed. He messaged late at night saying he would get the job done on Saturday and again didn’t show Same again on an earlier day when I booked his service and didn’t show. I wouldn’t use this service if you had time critical job, in the end they just don’t show up

They were nice and did the job well.I would suggest you try and get an accurate reflection of cost in advance of engaging services.I asked and was told $99 call out plus cost of doing the work. I should have asked how the latter is determined.The cost was $458 to unblock a kitchen sink. They were here for 45 minutes. If that had been the indication when I asked I would have called a few plumbers for a quote.I've also made multiple attempts to get a detailed invoice and have been unsuccessful. Poor service after paying such an amount for a basic job.My advice is to shop around and get a good understanding of how cost of services are calculated before engaging.

After some plumbing burst in my house, I phoned ADCO Plumbing Group and spoke to Ray who quickly arrived to sort the issue. Would highly recommend this service for their promptness, communication, quality work, and service - if you need any plumbing issues sorted, give them a call!
