I so don't care what the price of petrol is anymore as I love the customer service I get every time I attend this petrol station. The staff are so awesome, positive and helpful. I reccomend this station over all others.

I filled my new car with VPower yesterday and the nozzle did not lock when my tank was full spilling all over my new car and I the ground, when I went to complain to the manageress, her attitude was disgusting and didn’t care what so over.I’m going to do an official complaint to the company.

Stopped in at shell to grab petrol last night. Google says it closes at 11pm. I attended at 10.56pm (yes annoying, but needed petrol) refused service by guy behind the counter because it's too late. Your staff members are literally losing you money. Stocking service

DODGIEST PETROL STATIONI was there on Thursday night and Unleaded 91 was on display on the big sign for $199.9 HOWEVER once I started pumping it displayed on the little screen for $215.9. I then asked the employee why I was charged over $2 when it was displayed on the sign for less and she said, It's because Unleaded is not displayed on the big sign and that all petrol prices went up that day at 2:30" (I was there at about 9-10pm). I went back the next day and saw petrol again being displayed for $199.9 and in fact unleaded was displayed.The lady made me feel stupid and that I was wrong when I was in the right

I have a shell card and it's a shell servo so I go there. No other reason. Luckily it's part of a great little shopping center full of restaurants cafes and take aways.

The worst and rude customer service I had. The petrol station it was closed and the angry man answer really rude it was closed... Could be kind and say the same answer...
