Walked into the Port Douglas store Tuesday 9 March and witnessed a staff member deal with a difficult customer. I don’t usually post but I figured she may get a negative review from this particular lady, so just wanted to set the record straight........ she handled it beautifully. Patient and professional. Very impressed. A great asset to Just Jeans :)

went in to use my birthday voucher . Was the only customer in the shop.walked around the whole shop twice while the two shop assistants were busy gossiping about another team member and did not even acknowledge me once or ask if I wanted to try on the clothes in had picked out. I put them back and walked out after 10 minutes
