Fantastic service, made my request to have my plumbing looked at and not only was it done one day from my request but they also noticed some other taps that needed a quick mend. Don't like and never had written a bad reviews before but those guys have crossed the line. Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting in their approach for business. real-estate agent engaged them for a plumbing emergency to investigate the cause of a WC floor waste sewer leak. they had blamed strata and tried to fool the customer in believing the fault was all to do with the design and that waste water from above apartments was spilling out through our bathroom floor waste which is actually a separate line. It turned out that the toilet pan had been removed back and forth numerous times by them causing damage to the pan collar rubber seal that was deliberately ignored causing water leaks. This was never brought up to our attention or fixed by clear vision and only discovered by separate plumber where the seal was later replaced and the problem went away. By then the agent had already spent $2,700 for clear vision to reinvestigate the matter prior to the alternate plumber naively thinking they were doing the right thing. Unfortunately we found out the hard way as there were no honesty, professionalism or compensation given. Don't go near them.

Principal Plumber Chant’s two young plumbers, Troy and Alec, attended to install a water hammer arrestor, to the washing machine water inlet pipe, under the kitchen bench top. Right away, I was impressed with their professional, polite manner and appearance, They even automatically took their work boots off before entering my polished timber floored unit. Wow! With out me even mentioning I’m very precious about my floor.Troy got straight down to work, and efficiently installed the water hammer arrestor.
