The installer, Luke, is a lovely young man. He is polite, cleans up and seems proud of what he does. Tibet and his crew are quick, friendly and well mannered. I would recommend your company with pleasure. Thank you.

Attic Group and Luke our installer were simply brilliant. Luke was friendly, efficient and always cleaned up at the end of each day. He produced an amazing space, which as a family of 5, will be a total game changer!Highly recommend Attic Group.

I’m sitting in my new dust proof storage attic and just admiring the work of Radu. What a fantastic job done by this man and his colleagues. The attic group were fantastic from start to finish. The job was quoted quickly. Jodie in the office was communicative. We had a minor delay but it was dealt with and communicated to me. Once the installation began it took exactly the amount of time specified and everything was tidied up afterwards. The price was fair for hot fiddly work and it has changed our storage lives. Living in a little upstairs apartment and beholden to storage companies jacking their prices up each year no more. The camping gear, the suitcases, the eskies (yes plural) the Christmas decorations, those cords you think you’ll still need (at least my partner assured me we do) up you go into the roof and be gone. Thank you attic group. Great job, great service.

Fast service and a great price, a really good company to deal with. The installer was on time, did a great job and was done in quick time. What more could I ask for? And he cleaned up afterwards

Poor performance from this company. I began this project many months ago, so long I can’t remember the month! I was originally quoted for a basic euro ladder which is a no frills ladder sufficient to do the job i required. The sales rep took measurements and told me there would be a 6 week wait before the tradies could get to the job. Due to lockdowns blah blah, I was understanding and said no worries but about a week out from the job being carried out, the office requested a deposit via email. I responded promptly stating i had a cash deposit and that they would send someone around to collect the deposit. The sales person arrived to collect and I asked him to sign something I had printed off as reference that the Attic Company had received cash. I would have thought there would have been an invoice as such provided by them but no. While the salesperson was at my house we spoke about the job and i asked if the ladder and measurements were correct as i had seen the specs online and put a laser measure floor to ceiling, I was assured all was correct and he left without properly revisiting the check measure. When the date came Traddie 1 arrived and got to work with purpose and after a full day he was cursing that the ladder didn’t reach the ground. He made some calls and also spoke to the salesperson to make adjustments and/or replacements. Traddie 1 left disappointed he couldn’t finish the job and apologised...I felt for the guy.The sales person called me with a solution in replacing the euro with another ladder but that was going to cost me another $800 which I refused to pay. A couple of days passed and a solution was to be a metal ladder which would reach the ground and let me know Traddie 2 would come to make adjustments, cut a bigger hole in the ceiling etc.About a week later he came and got to work realising the ladder didn’t sit right and had split plastic stopper ends which were taped up with blue electrical tape to stay on. Traddie 2 spoke to Traddie 3 to order another set and organise with me to make a time where he could fit, fix and paint. I still didn’t have a finished project and by this time the inconvenience of making available time slots was becoming an issue. About 2 weeks later Traddie 3 arrived to paint and fix the rough job (btw I was told it was the customers responsibility to paint not the Attic Group's). Traddie 3 didn’t have the replacement stoppers with him so he would have to return to replace those and give a second coat. When he was complete, we offered the cash balance ready with another print out we had provided hoping that would be the end but he refused to take the cash and asked us to contact the office to close the job. At this point i had had enough and decided I’d wait for the office to contact me which came 3 weeks later as an email to pay the balance via BSB/ACC! This told me that there was a complete lack of communication which massively tarnished the professionalism of the company. I responded it was cash and that the salesperson would have to come and collect it just like the deposit. 4.5 weeks later i was contacted for the collect and the sales person came to get the money to which we asked him to sign for again. Now, apart from the error in the measurements, the Traddies were all great, nice polite people wanting to please me, the customer. I can’t fault the traddie’s manner and they too were unhappy they couldn’t give me the resolutions I was requiring. The mismanagement and poor communication to the point where there is no proper system for cash payment and 6 separate visits to complete the job, shows great incompetence by the Attic Group. If I had to do this again Id probably source the ladder and engage a builder/maintenance person myself. This company could be much better with a brush up in systems as their products are good but I think they are lucky that there isn’t a huge amount of competition in the work they do.

Had Attic group out to install a skylight, tradie was friendly on the day of the installation.. though then had water/leaking issues from badly cut roof tiles. Attic Group were too busy to fix so then had to get a third party to repair (which they reimbursed). Though we have since had continual water leakage issues (though as hadn't rained much wasn't noticed long after installation). Have spent a fortune on roofers to try and fix/repair the tiles and then painters to keep fixing the water damage done to our (new) ceiling! Then recently after going into the roof, noticed that the installer left all the rubbish in our roof!! Also installer damaged our gas heating ducts (without telling us!).DONT USE THEM!! We found another installer for a second skylight who were fantastic and did a great job (no leaks) and removed all the rubbish.

From the outset our dealings with the Attic Group have at all times been professional and amicable. Our initial contact was with David who engaged with our ‘dream’ of creating some additional living space under our roof line. This, in turn, introduced us to Cheng, an architect, who listened intently to our desires and created a number of designs for us to choose from. Cheng was very happy to return to our home more than once and was very easy to work with. The majority of the construction was accessed via external scaffolding which was set up in the driveway. There was little disturbance in our home until the last phase of the construction when the ceiling was cut through for the stairwell. Our builders were Kristian and Luke, both great tradies who were cheerful, hardworking and very accommodating. We were delighted with Kristian and Luke and their application to task and work ethic. Kristian became the main conduit between the additional tradesmen and us. The additional tradesmen (painters and cabinetmakers) who were recommended by the Attic Group were pleasant to work with and complimented the building project.Half way through the build we were introduced to Stewart who took on the role of project manager. We appreciated Stewart’s honest and personable nature– someone who was always present and readily available. We are incredibly happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the finished project.
