Been working with Avinash Trilochun and I can confirm that his professionalism has been the only reason to continue working with VBCS.Avi has responded to any query within a reasonable timeline and does not handball any issue to another person. At the very minimum he would come back with the unfiltered facts.

If there is anything worse the zero stars that’s what VBCS deserve, if there is anything worse than the word pathetic, that’s what they are!Today's no show at VCAT demonstrates the lack of respect to VCAT members, lack of respect to owners and tenants and complete disregard for compliance orders and protocols they've signed up to.Our water ingress apartment issue commenced July 2022!Approximately 110 emails, 20 phone calls, 6 phone messages, 2 MS Teams meetings in February 2023, 1 emergency notice to vacate to our former tenant and 1 after hours emergency plumber and we're still at point zero and the deflection of accountability, responsibility or lack of assistance by VBCS still continues.Constant VBCS internal operational matters and issues are used as excuses, but these are of no consequence to us – run your business as it should be run! Again, always ready to deflect responsibility let alone accountability.My apartment manager at Ray White Brunswick and we as owners, have spent approximately 150 person hours on this!VBCS directors and managers have been CC'd on emails and correspondence, they too don't have the common courtesy to respond. Typically, this has a flow-on effect and is common natural behaviour by past managers running our complex.281 days since our issue was first highlighted. Correspondence has continued to be sent to VBCS during the working weeks (minus approx.: 36 weekend days)How cruel your organisation is, to put paying customers through an ordeal as such when all we initially asked for was assistance and guidance. Your incompetence, lack of communication, and lack of empathy has raised this to an entire new level.Your disrespect to VCAT by your no show is entirely perplexing, considering notification to VBCS last December.It would not be favourable of me to recommend VBCS as an organisation to manage apartments – I would not recommend VBCS even to my worst enemy.NOTE to admin - there is no value in responding to this review unless you respond to everything else first.

In the stink pool of unhelpful people at this company a shout out to Callum Walker, Colin Milson and Lorraine Murray for being good at what they do and responding to fires incompetent people ( at their companies) start. If anyone is having issues please ask for a better manager . Our manager Colin is very helpful and Calum was an assistant but has been promoted so if you have him on your case, you're in competent hands.Much love for these 3, and basically the same warnings as other reviews for the other people we have dealt with (4 managers so far, very FEW PEOPLE actually know what they're doing right). If you have VBCS, request Colin, I have no faith in others not mentioned above. Or ask Ms Murray for her personal pick If you're in a contract and unhappy.

This company is terrible to deal with. The communication is almost nonexistent. We have been with the VBCS for 3 years and they have really done down hill the last 12-18 months.They fail to return emails, consistently send through important information weeks later and fail to provide the service you pay for.Stay away at all costs.

If you are looking for a Body Corporate, let the low rating be a warning to you to look elsewhere. Michael O'Connor is almost impossible to get in contact with. If you do manage to get in contact with him regarding an issue, he will ignore most of what you say, cherry pick what he responds to, and in his response he will patronize and gaslight you and tell you there is no issue. He clearly has zero compassion for the residents of the buildings he manages, and is only interested in reducing his workload.Edit - Received the response below, so I've filled in the feedback form. It's been 3 weeks since filling out this form and I have not heard back from VBCS, which is not surprising given their complete lack of regard for the wellbeing of the residents in the buildings they manage.

Keep clear from VBCS if you expect any level of communication or support from your building managers. For the amount charged for their services, you would think that answering an email or returning a call would be possible, but apparently not. Completely unprofessional and do absolutely nothing, go elsewhere!

I have been ringing almost daily for one of the OC's, but they or their supervisor will not call back. I have also sent numerous emails, once again without receiving a single response.This is a serious which has now gone to VCAT but they just don't seem to care. High fees, no service. Disgusting business to deal with. I never post about these types of issues, but I'm not left with any other option in an effort to have everything rectified.Interestingly, after your proforma email response, still nothing has happened. I shouldn't have to chase you to have beneficial things done for the property. You should be thanking me, instead of collecting fees without doing any work for it. It's truly criminal and your lack of management really is deplorable.

This is more a review of our manager Hasitha R, than of VBCS overall. Our committee struggled with other VBCS staff in the past which had us considering our options. Hasitha is helpful and usually very prompt to reply, as well as impartially 'mediating' internal issues we had on our committee (regarding one ex committee members unacceptable conduct regarding email accusations and contacting third parties).He's gone above what we expected given past experiences. Thankyou Hasitha (as Chair of our OC).
