Staff really really friend.4.they were super gentle with my nails an were really professional towards my nails the whole time.5. I showed them a picture an they done even better6. I was in 2 days ago to get SNS removal and re-application on my natural nails before going away on holidays. I have been coming to your business for a while now but I’m really disappointed with the job that was done on Thursday. It seemed as though I had a trainee who filed most of my old SNS off which kept burning my nail bed. She soaked with acetone afterwards but not sure why as she had filed most of it off. What has disappointed me the most though is I am now away on holidays and yesterday the SNS starting chipping off!!!! That’s only 2 days after application. SNS should last for weeks, not 2 days. I’m really not happy about it. I would have been better off just painting my nails with nail polish.

At first I was highly impressed with the lovely, quick service. But the past 3 visits has resulted in nails snapping within days. I picked out a colour last time and was told no you can't afford that as extra $10. I said that's fine I'd still like it, for her to then attempt to give me that colour incorrectly and get cranky with me because it was completely different to the sample shown. I walked out with poorly painted nails. Only to have 2 snap within 1 week. Went back to have one fixed and they literally stuck a nail on and painted it. No filling or anything. It looks terrible.

Had my nails done 1 week ago & already lifting at the sides & chipping not very good at all. The nail wasn’t covered very well to start off with had SNS done.I had 3 people do my nails.

Not happy.First time at this salon. I made an appointment but was kept waiting 45 mins for my pedicure. Then obviously because they felt bad delaying me they rushed my pedicure. Only 2 days later and Shellac has peeled off 3 toes. Worst pedicure ever. Not returning here
