Food: Great range of ice creamService: Nice and quick!Location: Perfect location right by the beach.Value: Well priced! Not paying Messina prices.Summary: It’s like that coffee van in the park catering to the million joggers. That food truck in the random car park outside a market. It’s one of those no-brainers where supply and demand is high in this situation. This is an ice cream shop pretty much across the road from the beach. Bonus, nice seating area right outside for kids.

The customer service was horrific! The female worker was threatening and swearing at a group of young female black girls that kindly brought to her attention that she had provided the wrong flavour. Absolutely horrible to witness. She has no customer service skills and was yelling at these poor girls. The male worker was no help, as soon as another customer came in, he no longer tried to calm the female worker and moved to the hot food section.DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!After all their efforts to have a normal conversation, paying for their ice cream and drinks, she threatened to call the police. This is not the way that one minority treats the other. I am disappointed in the service and with the way that she carried herself. I will never be attending this store again!

The female worker was exceptionally racist for no reason other than not clarifying store policy before serving us and accusing paying customers of forcing her to hand out multiple ice cream samples after not specifying that there is a ‘1 sample per customer rule’ allegedly.She made the mistake of giving the wrong sample flavour to my friend and when she was corrected her then proceeded to tell my friends and I to “fuck off” among other absurdities and threading to call police, when we told her to not raise her voice at us.Terrible service and would not recommend if you want to support a small business in the area. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Truly a shocking experience!

The busiest fish and chips shop in Altona Beach.Great location, it’s literally located just across the beach, which is so convenient. There are few outdoor seating in front of the shop.Food quality: We’ve been here for couple of times, and we always get the fish and chips couple pack. To be honest, it’s a decent fish and chips. The fish was crispy on the outside and moist inside. Chips are just alright. Extra sauce is $1 each. Price is good.

We spend $60 here. The smoothie taste like cough medicine $7.80 I not asking refund. Just change something else. The fish is over cooked I didn’t even mention to them. And the owner come out say it is what it is. And being very rude. Poor customer service. Will never come back.

A little bit expensive compared to other places.It's not fish and chips really as you have to buy them separately. $9 for the fish fillet. Then you have to buy chipsHowever I give them credit for the grilled fish filet. It was done to perfection.We bought 2 meals and there was no lemon in them. I went back and asked for a lemon and was told they ran out which was annoying actually. Am not being fussy but a fish and chips shop doesn't run out of lemon suddenly.

i went here on a busy summer day with a couple friends to grab to ice cream & iced coffees. to begin the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and were fast with our order even though it was nearly fourty degrees. the ice cream itself was creamy and still cold both in the cone and cup. when it came to the iced coffees i had nothing but good things to say. the combination of sweet vanilla ice cream along with the freshly made coffee was perfection. this was a 10/10 experience and i definitely recommend it to all locals and new comers :)

It is a pity that this review will be scathing considering the amazing view and potential of this location. I arrived to collect the order for delivery, but was initially ignored despite there being no one else in the store. I found the guy in the store to be incredibly short with me and very rude. Therefore I would not recommend this place as the atmosphere just doesn't live up to what the location deserves.Beach front dinning with a large side of snark.Uncle Bob your Delivery Pro.

Not sure what standard the people of Altona are used too but this was some of the most average fish and chips we’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the premium they charge.
