I went to Syndel the pathologist at Our Medical Home North Lakes and I have never had such a pleasant experience before while doing a blood test. I am absolutely terrified of needles and she made it so easy for me. She was professional, charismatic and before I knew it, I was done! I would recommend her 20/10 to anyone and everyone! Even took my kids to her. People have their GP, Pharmacist. But not everyone can say they have a pathologist!

Waited for more than an hour with my sick child even when there were only 3 people ahead of me…. Someone just went in without a number and the pathologist attended him for around 15 - 20 mins. Which is just ridiculous considering to wait with a sick child. I have never waited for a pathology this long ever.

Terrible! Waited 1.5hrs and there was only 4 people in front of me. They have a number system but it doesn’t work and they have no idea what number they are up to…. So bad!!

Could not recommend Syndel for a pediatric blood test more highly. She was an absolute angel, and made us all feel so comfortable!
