Went past the place thrice. The only gate GPS takes me to, is closed. The place looks derelict. Couldn't see any name signs displayed. Outside of this, the place has a good reputation for bargains

The worst customer service I have ever had.I purchased a sofa and dinner table from this shop.I got a trouble to put the sofa legs on. The sofa instruction is so simple even no any sentence and It didn't mention use proper drill equipment.I called to the shop to get help.The staff let me know few things.They don't have any customer has trouble to put the sofa legs on.Alright, might be I am not smart enough put it on. I need help. They do have technician can come to the house to help. However, the staff can arrange a technician to assemble it after Wednesday. They don't accept and couldn't mark down my available time. And they only can call you a day before let me know which time is OKAY for them. If I am not home. We need to make the time again same way.The reason is they have toooooo many products need to delivery and technicians are not that free.Shopping in this shop need to be enough smart to assemble the furniture, no one care you after you paid everything.and need to super lucky to match their time.Good luck everyone

After visiting all the big name couch houses, I ended up at PFW. Scott was very helpful without being pushy. Stock is limited but they had just what I was looking for. Bought Thursday, delivered Tuesday. Great service, crazy good prices, no hard sell just good quality furniture.

My Mum went in today and had a wonderful experience with the team, who went above and beyond to help her. Our rescue dog was with her this afternoon as well and they were able to accommodate her, too!Excited to have our new couch delivered/assembled soon.

Peter was amazing! I called up on Tuesday and ordered the Windsor Queen bed. It arrived by delivery on Thursday. It is a beautiful bed, good quality and super affordable compared to other stores. It was the first time I had to set a bed up like this by myself so it was a bit of work 6 hours but the challenge was definitely worth the result. I highly recommend this place for any furniture needs. Bed was very true in colour and material as the photo.

We were shopping for a lounge suite and we needed something small and compact to fit in our apartment. Everywhere we went the sizes were too big and too expensive for a seater with an ottoman.Perth furniture warehouse had just the right items and we are very happy with with the price we thoroughly recommend them.
