The team at Gilchrist & Co have been nothing but flawless in customer service and results. Working with Gilchrist & Co have helped us grow an established successful company which we cannot thank them enough. Someone was always at the end of the phone helping us through any questions or tasks that needed to be done. James has helped us along the way and we have to say, we haven't had an accountant as good as him. Terrible, promised the world, delivered nothing then charged an exorbitant amount for basic tax return that caused us to subsequently pay amount back to ATO due to errors. They were unresponsive when contacted multiple times to discuss so we parted ways. Worst part is they are refusing to forward on a BAS refund 2 years after dealing with us as we were unaware they had their details entered instead of ours!

Our business moved across to Gilchrist just prior to Covid and I can honestly say, James and Rohan have been excellent. Available when we need advice whether it is big picture, future planning or even a seemingly small or simple question; they are always timely and generous with their help. I also have a SMSF and FT, as well as personal tax which they all take care of. Highly recommend!
