I recommend this salon to everyone! I just had the best hairdressing experience I've had in such a long time. All the girls were super friendly, I love my cut and the massage chair when your getting your hair washed is awesome! Also another plus is the lighting, it doesn't have those super bright white lights which make you look ill. Love it! Thanks girls!

The Manager of this salon and the company are extremely unprofessional.  Their gift vouchers do not comply with ACCC requirements, they do not have a complaints policy and they do not make publicly available any contact details for head office. Depending on the day you won't even find their website active.They refuse to acknowledge errors made on their behalf at the customer's expense and they also refuse to offer an appropriate resolution under consumer law.  Seems this company has an issue with compliance across the board given its current court case for failing to comply with the Fair Work Act.

Wow, wished ide looked at the reviews before coming! I would never have.I booked for my tape in extensions to be taken out, and the girl was that rough taking them out. I have lost at least half my hair and I was upset when I saw and felt how fine it was. Instead of washing my hair and removing the solvent and glue they said ‘ we don’t want to continue doing your hair?’!! What the heck?! What kind of place lets you leave without even washing your hair?I’m disgusted by the complete lack of empathy, care and even doing the least of their job- to let me leave with my hair at least washed??!! I’m shock actually…Best advice- don’t go there. They clearly don’t like customers and you can feel that.

I followed Brooke from my old hair salon as she is absolutely amazing! Once again I was not disappointed with her work, before seeing Brooke my hair was snapped off, thanks to Brooke it is become a lot healthier and stronger and I am still achieving the blonde I love. This was my first time at Michael dib and the environment was relaxing and made me feel very comfortable

I took my two daughter 7 and 4 for a haircut. Brooke pampered them with a wash and head massage before cutting their hair. Brooke was very patient and was able to amuse them. Finished off with a braid and the other stunning curls. They had a little photo under the light at the end. They felt very pampered and special and can’t wait for their next trim.

Love visiting the girls here. After a hair disaster at another salon they were able to fix my hair up to exactly what I wanted. They listened to what I was looking to achieve. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I am now a regular and look forward to my visits and look fabulous everytime I walk out the door. They also have massage chairs while your getting your hair washed which feel Devine and add to the salon experience

Keely is a superstar! She knows what she is doing and is so knowledgeable! I always feel very welcomed at every appointment by all the staff! Analyse is amazing with my 3 year old always making his hair look amazing! Highly recommend ♥️
