Super friendly team, always happy to demonstrate techniques and products and show how best to achieve the look you're after. They're skilled in a whole range of makeup styles and always open to learn. Not at all pushy about up-selling products and happy to spend real time with customers. The products themselves represent good value considering the quality and how long they last.

The staff is always so friendly and extremely helpful. This specific time Dani helped me with new makeup since I recently changed my hair color, she knows her stuff! Also walked out with a free lipstick due to the recycling program. Very happy customer!

Cannot recommend this shop enough! The team are knowledgeable, patient and eager to help. I took lessons here in preparation for my remote destination wedding, and not only was it fun, but I was fully confident and empowered to do my makeup myself on the big day. Plus with the lessons, you leave with the amount you spent on the lessons in product. Today I brought my 16 year old niece for a makeup lesson as a birthday present. She had such an excellent time. Thanks!

Dani could not have been more helpful or lovely. She new the products inside-out and was incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend highly enough going to see her at the Chapel Street Store for assistance.

Amazing experience!!! Beautiful Ashley squeezed me in on Halloween and made all my spooky dreams come true!! I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted and she was so kind, patient, and talented and made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable and fun. And turned me into the most amazing zombie cheerleader!! Haven’t stopped thinking about it (it’s been 4 months) and recommend everyone to go see these fabulous and talented individuals. So much love!!!!

Brilliant experience - Ash was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and really patient and friendly (to this makeup novice!). Came away with perfect shade of red lipstick, knowledge of how to apply, and determination to think of an excuse to go back! Can't recommend Ash enough!

Amazing staff, Danni is just the most amazing person. Completely listened to what I wanted, went about and beyond schooling me on how to use each product and staying in budget. The quality of the make-up is fantastic too!
