LONDON NAIL BEAUTY SPA

I enjoyed my pedicure it was my first ever time and I was so relaxed and the massage chairs OMG they are awesome

I needed to get my nails done and it was a really busy day so all the salons in my area were full. None of them were doing appointments so it was walk in only. When I went to London for a buff, shape, shellac they told me come back in 20 minutes. I went back in 35 minutes to give them more time. But I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to even start the nail soak process. I would have thought they should have done that as soon as I sat down so by the time they were ready my existing polish had been soaked off. They did that thing where they wrap your nails in foil so it took much longer. Then instead of using the electric buffer to remove the residue the technician used this scraping tool that really hurt. She kept telling me to relax and I said you’re hurting me so that’s why I’m tensing up. She said something about it only hurting for a little while but I didn’t really understand what she meant. The end product is good. I love the colour and the shape. But it just took way too long. I was there for 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple buff, shape, shellac. I did notice that white women who arrived after me were tended to before me while I waited. But that does happen to me at most nail salons. I understand it’s a busy period but maybe these salons should consider appointments only at Christmas time.

I have been going to London Nail and Beauty Salon since October 2021 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.The team are absolutely fantastic and I am lucky enough to get my nails done by the beautiful Pukky.I always feel taken care of, I love the quality of work and the value for money.Highly recommend.(I get SNS)

Yesterday was my 1st visit to London Nails and I'll be back again for sure.Very quick got what I asked for, which is something I haven't had from other place i went to .I'm very happy and the ladies seemed really nice and it was peaceful and quietSee you again soon

I had my eyebrow wax yesterday but now I have a bruise on my eyebrow. I have messaged the shop but no respose at all. It sore and I have an obvious mark left on my eyebrow

I asked before start the pedicure how much it was and have been told that it would be 65$, then they asked to pay.When I ask paying I noticed that the price on the machine was 71$. I asked clarification and she replied that it was because it was Sunday. I let her notice that just one minute before she told me that the price was 6$ less. 71$ she replied. I am happy to pay more during public holidays or Sunday as long as I am informed. Also I wonder if the employees get paid more.Moreover The staff is so rude. they moved my feet clinging to my ankles In more than one occasions.the icing on top of the cake is that the girl who gave me the massage has make of fun of varicose veins.

Been coming to London Nail and Wax for a while now and can't fault them, workers are absolutely lovely and all professional. Would defiantly highly recommend London Nail and Wax for their services, Perfect service and my go to place! :). My recent nails done by the amazing staff and I love them :DKayla :D

This was my first time at London nail spa and i was a bit unsure what to expect. What i actually got was a 5* nail , Vi my nail technician was lovely and we chatted through out. The look of the salon is modern and clean and hygienic. I loved the big TV screen. Yes i would definitely be going back and i highly recommend.
