Palace Cinemas - Head Office

Awful customer service!

I have 5 student tickets l bought prior to Victoria’s rolling Covid lockdowns and unfortunately they expired during this a time .l rang the head office today to see if they would honour them ,but their response was sorry we extended them by 2 months , nothing we can do . I explained l wasn’t aware of that , when l rang the dendy cinema last year the young girl was unable to answer my query re soon to expire tickets, nor did she inform me they would be extended as she probably was not aware of this herself. The gentleman from head office asked why l didn’t ring back earlier , l explained l am a nurse and have been working right through the pandemic plus there hasn’t been any movies, until recently , that my teenage children would have wanted to watch . Very disappointing !!! .
