Im quite disappointed in the service provided by KIPMCGRATH Campbelltown- Lisa never responds to messages or answers calls. Its quite disappointing to know that even after I cancelled my daughters classes she did not even respond to my cancelation mail.neither did their head office respond after many phone calls . Not at all happy with this tutoring servIce.will not recommend.

Very disappointed by this tutoring service. Communication with owner Lisa was distressing. I had paid for ten session up front only for Lisa to not answer any of my phone calls. She bluntly stated pay the outstanding bill and don't bring your son back to the centre". She also accused me of abusiving the teachers simply because I expressed my concerns thats Lisa not answering my phone calls. I was deeply offended by her accusations and lack of communication. Her communication was simply rude. After
