I always have my bike serviced by Jonathan, he is the only one I can trust to do a great job. From full services, fixing broken (custom) spokes, tweaking drive trains, to installing upgraded parts Jonathan is my go to guy!

Had Jonathon service my rockshox dropper post as wel as set up my tubeless tyres. I found the services provided to be of excellent quality, good value and executed in a timely manner. Jonathon offered professional advise and tips throughout the whole process and was very responsive to my concerns and needs.All my issues of a (spongy seat) and slow actuation post were solved! As well as a much better set up with my tyres. Can highly recommend Protune Bicycle Maintenance for all your bicycle repairs, servicing and tinkering needs.

Protune were responsive and professional. They are a small business with a good track record, client focus and communication skill.I took my road bike in a few days early to define scope and parts order. I had done 20.000km since the last service without chain replacement. The service and complete drive train replacement were done in a morning.

Jonathan gave a very quick turnaround on my road bike pre-event service. He brought the bike back as good as new! He was able to sort out a few additional minor niggles alongside the maintenance service, and had all the necessary equipment in stock to do it right away. The service was exceptional on account of Jonathan's friendliness, technical knowledge, expertise, and competitive pricing. I will definitely be using Protune again.

Jonathan works from home, very easy to talk to will explain everything in detail.Price is expensive for what he does working from home, ring around some bike shops will do it for cheaper. If Jonathan made his prices lower to be competitive against big bike shops I’m sure he willBe a lot busier

A pure pro in his field. He fully serviced my beloved Specialized Stumpjumper. No peice of equipment was beyond his knowledge. He may be a little more expensive than some big name bike franchises, but you get a professional with Jonathan (not a general practitioner). If you ride a pro bike, get a pro to look after it. I could not recommend Jonathan highly enough.
