Ducked in on a whim and ordered a schnitzel burger. It was better than I had expected, was overly satisfied my order. Back after two weeks to get the same!

The girl was very nice so I feel bad leaving this review. However went in at 5:30 on a Thursday for chicken and chips. It looked like they hadn’t cooked a chicken in there in years. She told me they’d “sold out “. Couldn’t be bothered going somewhere else so ordered grilled whiting with chips. Got home and she had cooked fried flake with undercooked floury chips. And why were the chips Fluro yellow ? Assuming this place has been taken over as there are a few good reviews. Won’t be going back. 1 star for being a lovely girl though.

Taste Galore Charcoal Chicken
I absolutely love their fish and chips, coleslaw as well as the grilled chicken. They've provided quick and convenient meals when I don't have the time or energy to make my own. Ordering for pick up is also extremely easy and meals are ready within 5 to 10 minutes. I gotta say, they've been a staple ever since I started living in the area.

The lady who used to work here was very nice. The man who works here now is very lazy and denied me of customising my order even though I ask for the same thing nearly every week. I work down the road a bit so I always come for lunch nearly every week.

Lunch on Wednesday 30 Nov and was served by the happiest and most cheerful lady, Victoria the ham and salad roll was also delicious will be back for the service at a minimum. Awesome.

Still the best fish and chips store in Melbourne. The service is amazing, and what's more, the food is made quickly. Awesome food, and would definitely recommend to food lovers!

First time there. Ordered a burger with a few extras. Was cooked fresh. Must say it was excellent. Good size. Good quality. Good price. A really great old school fish & chip shop burger. Will be back again for sure.

Very happy. Prices very reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Food yummy, chips were excellent quality. I loved it that she didn't automatically put salt on, I always forget to ask for no salt so this was a great plus for me. Only negative is the big menu above the counter is completely out of date and so most of the items on it are unavailable. I really wanted the chicken avo salad or tabouleh so was very disappointed not to be able to have it.
