Mattress cleaning was not done properly, the stains was not gone, talked tothe responsive person about it they just ignored and just asked to pay for it

If I could give zero I would!We engaged this company to clean a carpet at home. We were initially quoted $120 and when they arrived they said carpet needed more work and charged $200. The carpet was barely touched not cleaned at all. No stains removed and looked as dirty as I left it. Tried contacting them on 3 separate occasions without one call back. I've now been waiting 3 weeks for a call. Furious with this company and will never use this ridiculous company again. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company!
