There was poor communication from Angelo and a lack of transparency about his capacity to look at my van. He said it would take him a couple of days to get back to me with a picture of what was wrong with my van. It took him one and a half weeks. I would have appreciated a more honest response and suggestion on his half such as getting my van towed somewhere else as soon as possible. If you're looking for honest and transparent communication don't go here.
