Engadine Central Medical Centre

I managed to book my Pfizer jab with ease. The receptionist wascourteous and when it was my turn, I was attended to without any hassle.Even though it was a busy medical centre, the experience was seamlessand professional.

The lady that works for Clinical Labs has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was short rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I was polite and asked her how she was to which she was one word answers. I’mnot there for the conversation however, if she’s about to stab a needle into my arm a nice friendly person (like the previous two workers that took bloods there) would be nice! I was left with a bruise on my arm and will not be returning!

I don’t like giving negative feedback however I had previously booked an appointment to see one of the doctors. I arrived over 10 minutes early and when I got to the front desk the receptionist had said they tried to call me (which they did however I could not answer due to not turning my Bluetooth on in the car) to ask to change my appointment to a Telehealth appointment instead as the doctor I was seeing was quite booked up for the day.I ended up cancelling my appointment as I said the reason I booked was for the doctor to see my wrist in person.I am quite disappointed in this as if I had wanted a Telehealth appointment I would have booked one, however, there was a reason for booking to see a doctor in person. I understand that doctors are busy but I feel that my appointment should not have had to be changed 15 minutes prior as most people arrive 10-15 minutes before their appointment. I should have been called in the morning and given the options to change my appointment to Telehealth/see another doctor/or change the day. Not 10/15 minutes before my appointment requesting it changed to a Telehealth one.

Great doctors and nurses. Unfortunately the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I overheard her bad mouth patients in an open environment as well as witnessing her pushing blame onto patients to cover her own incompetence. It is such a shame to have an employee build this toxic environment in an otherwise lovely medical clinic.

Highly recommended. My wife and I had our Covid vaccine at the clinic, and we are thrilled.The clinic was spotless and cosy. The staffs and doctor were friendly, which eased our nerves of jabs. Best of all was the nurse that did the jabs for us. She was so gentle that I didn’t feel anything, and it was done before I knew it.

Fantastic staff and experience. The medical receptionist went out of her way to accommodate our needs - truly above and beyond. Appointments are run on time with great service from all. Thoroughly impressed!

I have been using this Medical Centre since they moved to Engadine. Always very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Angie is so lovely and the Dr always do everything possible for you. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr Syed's for a while now - he is always thorough and even when I make a time to see him he will always review previous visits and double check with me how things are going. He is fantastic - highly recommend him.Also, the lady who is on reception (her name escapes me!) is an absolute star.

I came here for my vaccination. The receptionist was extremely lovely and helpful despite being bombarded with phone calls and many impatient clients. The doctor was very informative and help answered all my questions regarding to Pfizer. Having worked at a hospital before, I can understand the immense pressure they are going through. Great work guys!
