they don't return calls after replacing them with a new agent they don't even return keys when the old tenants moved out it cost me $300 because the rental paperwork was not do right advise people not to use

Called about a rental property on a Friday that we really wanted, were told we were first in line to contact & to arrange a viewing. We did a drive by of the property while the current tenants were moving out, loved the place & were told by Jamie that he would call us on Monday to arrange a private inspection.8 days later, 4 phone calls, multiple emails & even applied for the property on 1form....we got absolutely no corrospondence back from Jamie about the inspection or what is going on at all...Called 8 days later to once again hope the phone is even answered, only to be told he has already showed it to two people & it's under application....after being the first people to call & request a viewing, also being the first to lodge an application.If this isn't discrimination tell me what is!?When my partner called to question him about the property he hung up on her & then called back, she asked why was there no corrospondence if we were the first in line & he was extremely unprofessional, made up excuses then hung up on her AGAIN.FUTURE TENANTS: DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENT IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE PROPERTY MANAGER.

Extremely unprofessional. Lack of integrity and correspondence. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable estate agent. Very dissatisfied with my experience with Jamie. If I could rate less than one star, I would. Extremely unprofessional.
