Excellent tank water cleaning service! 2 years ago we got them to install a water filtration system for our house and it was the best decision ever. We have crystal clear and beautiful tasting water every day. The system has a countdown so you know it’s time to get the system cleaned. What a great Company, I initially just wanted my water tank professionally cleaned, so I got in contact with Steve the owner who organised for someone to come to our house within just a couple of days. The tradesmen who arrived who’s name is Reece cleaned our water tank perfectly, no fuss. Reece also told me about the water filtration systems that his company could install if we were interested, we agreed to have one installed, we got the full filtration system including the UV filter which destroys all harmful bacteria. Now we have absolutely Pristine clean water to every tap in our house, the water is so clean and tastes great, no more dirty water anywhere in our house. I needed a checkup and possible repair of my water tank (about which I knew nothing). Came on site, talked with me, explained some options with ball park costs. Helpful and trustworthy.Pristine Water Systems have a really efficient tracking system AND they are great at keeping you informed. If everyone else operated so well there would be a lot fewer stressed customers in the world.I thought the cost was reasonable and Jason was knowledgeable in explaining what had been done and other options. Pristine Water Systems service technicians emptied our concrete water tank, removed tree roots and thoroughly cleaned it. They also organised it to be refilled. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They even came back at no extra charge to do some further work when we we noticed an ongoing smell and soon had it cleared up. Would highly recommend.
