Love this store, best buys often here especially the die cast iron pot I got using my Flybuys! There are heaps of great products that don't necessarily cost a lot! Hope that don't change. Only the clothing sizing is a bit dodgy.

I went into the store to get some batteries for my cup and I asked a worker which isle would they be in as I showed the worker the photo of the battery on my phone I wanted to buy for my cup and the worker told me all our batteries are near the registers I went to the registers and had a look their weren't any of the batteries there that match the battery on my phone I needed so I askedanother worker at the lay-by section and showed the worker the battery I needed she did a researchon the computer and she also checked at the back and came back saying all our batteries are near the registers so in the end I decided to leave the store as I didn't get any help looking for the battery that i had on my phone that I needed for my cup I found it unbelievable and a joke to be honest they had heaps of stock of that battery I needed for my cup but they didn't have the ability to help me find the battery I needed or guide me to the battery they just said all our batteries are near the registers the customer service was poor and I as a customer should have been treated with helpness of helping me find the battery I needed for my cup it was a poorly customer service day that's why I rate them a 2/5

The Security lady at the door of Eastlands KMart is delightful.... does her job 'professionally', politely and effeciently!The store is clean and self service pedestals okay. Thank goodness the angry, sour and rude person in Customer Service (?!) appears to have left...she ruined the other staff's reputations!

Great big place quick and easy to get around and good prices... better than kmart one just not a fan of the parking setup

Overall great experience. I am becoming fan of Kmart product since i left mainland. Sometimes it's hard to find the stock , hope organisation will focus on stock availability.

It's a Kmart, just like any other Kmart. They had exactly what we wanted right near the entrance at a price we were happy to pay. We don't live down this way, and didn't explore the whole store, but it's been handy a few times we've been down south.

Unable to buy a pet item I wanted, the waiting lines for service were out of control, checkout in the middle of the store ridulous.

DO NOT BUY SWIMWARE FROM KMART BECAUSE IF ITS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE IT IF YOU BUY THE WRONG SIZE!!!!! WHY ISN'T THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS??? SO I AM NOW STUCK WITH ITEMS THST ARE NO GOOD TO ME * OUT OF POCKET AS WELL

I went into the store look for a new tank top to purchase. I went up to a staff member who was working in the men’s clothes section and asked them if they stocked any and was told in a rude and sarcastic voice, “No, look around, you can clearly see we do not stock them.” I went and looked around some more and found a very large gym section with a variety of tank tops. I came across the same staff member later while I was in the store and let her know that they do in-fact stock them. She completely ignored me and death stared me as if I had done something wrong by making her aware. She had extremely poor customer service.
