Mt Eliza Groom Room

Such caring staff. Our rescued cattle dog on anxiety meds needed a bath. They booked the quietest day and appt time and were very caring. He did much better than expected. Thank you for giving him a positive experience on his first ever grooming outing.

We have been entrusting our dogs to Cindy and her Groom Room team for 8 years. Our dogs are not only always groomed beautifully but, more importantly, they are well treated and happy to be there. With individual pens (no cages) and a play area too, our dogs always have fun at the groomers and are treated like family. Cindy also has a terrific range of grain free dry food and locally produced healthy pet snacks, plus the most gorgeous toys and accessories around. I recommend the Groom Room to everyone I know as I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.

As customers of the Groom Room for 8-9 years we wouldn't go anywhere else with our dogs. Cindy and the groomers treat our dogs like their own and they always receive wonderful clips. We have a senior dog and a dog with anxiety so we love that they are cared for and treated so well by Cindy and her team. What a brilliant store too, stocked full of high quality dog food and snacks, toys and accessories. Highly recommended in every way.

Couldn't recommend Cindy and her team enough! so so professional and caring towards my 3 and 10 year old kelpies. both my girls are very timid and not well responsive to being groomed, but were well behaved and came away looking devine! definitely check them out :)

Wonderful experience today at The Groom Room. My large Groodle was very well cared for and left happy and looking amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff is polite and overall nice but unfortunately we are extremely disappointed with the service. We booked a full grooming for our 11 month old pup. We’ve only ever groomed her ourselves so, while booking, my partner asked whether that would be a problem – he was told it wouldn’t. The website also specifies they take extra care with first timers and give them the attention they might need. We were very surprised to see that, at the end of her grooming session, our dog was given back to us looking the same as when we brought her in. They chose not to give her a haircut because she didn’t like the sound of the clippers and said that we should try them at home first (note that we have used clippers on her before, she didn’t love them but a few treats did the trick). We were still charged $58. She was given a bath so she smells better but unfortunately her fur is still as long as it was before and she has matted spots which I would’ve appreciated if they’d been at least brushed out. It seems that no effort was put into grooming her at all. Overall we are very disappointed as we are $58 out of pocket and our pup still needs grooming.

I regularly take my dog here now, he is a bit of an anxious breed and Cindy the owner is wonderful with him, he never used to be able to socialise safely and he can now be put in the play pen with 6 other dogs and no problem! They are a cage free groomer which I love and have all the relevant training and experience offering advice and always doing a great job

Jetson is always looked after there and comes out looking happy and spiffy after his groom also a kennel free place which is great. Cindy is absolutely lovely and loves all the dogs she looks after. Thank you

We've been taking our dog Basil to Mt Eliza Pets for a few years now and couldn't be happier. Cindy is lovely and always treats our dog as if it's her own. Would recommend.
