Unfortunately the quality of service has deteriorated significantly :-( There is too much rush and not enough attention is paid to quality. The layers are applied unevenly and too quickly. I spent there more than 3 hours last time and I felt ignored. Very poor customer service. I won't be back:-(

I wasn't happy with their service for these reasons:1.not Friendly and poor customer service ,even rude2 Expensive service but the quality of the work wasn't good at all3. They charge you for using card but won't tell you before hand .I might had cash4. Their work is messy on my nailsI won't use this salon ever again.

Absolute favourite place to get my nails and eyebrow waxing done. Such great customer service and such great care taken to make sure your nails are of good quality! I recommend Relax Station to everyone!

I've had my nails done here a few times and had 0 issues, last time I got them done the lady did it so quickly and was in such a rush to do my nails that she filed my nails terribly, now I have 3 nails were the side is digging into my skin and causing pain.Not happy that the service was done in such a rush that 0 care was taken to prevent this.
